A native of Kansas, today Connie calls Florida home. She earned a degree in Culinary Management from Florida State College. After 15 years in the catering industry, she further augmented her culinary expertise by working in the Food Services at varying degrees of difficulty. Linking the two – what our children eat, and a greater vision for the food services industry is a life long passion. Connie knew doing it better required hands-on experience at every level of food services management.

Drawing upon lessons learned courtesy of management over 200,000 meals served in Charter and Private schools throughout the Jacksonville area, Connie remains dedicated to realizing the potential for food services to enhance the educational, corporate and family experience. A mother of two sons, she practices what she teaches and loving nothing more than working with children, is active in her church as a youth leader
